On the afternoon of March 14th, the comrades of Ningbo Industrial Investment Group hurriedly came to the city archives to ask for the fire protection completion plan of Donghai Plastic Factory. For this matter, they have been rushing around for three days, traveling through the municipal planning bureau, land and resources bureau, urban construction archives and other departments.

　　The staff of the Municipal Archives received them warmly and asked for relevant information carefully. After consulting many related materials, the staff finally found the required information in the scientific and technological files such as the project completion drawings handed over by the competent department of chemical industry. The file provided the basis for the company to successfully pass the fire inspection and acceptance, and solved the urgent need.
