In the middle and late July, the Ningbo Archives Bureau organized a special inspection on the archives security of the National Comprehensive Archives of the city. The inspection conducted a comprehensive inspection of library security, archive entity security, archive information security, security assurance mechanism and other aspects by listening to briefings, on-site inspection, and on-site feedback against the "Archive Library Security Risk Assessment Index System".

Judging from the inspection situation, the National Comprehensive Archives all over the world attach great importance to archives security work, strictly implement the requirements of the state and provinces and cities on the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers in archives security risks, and carried out self-examination and self-correction work in a careful and meticulous manner. At the same time, the inspection also found some problems, such as the construction of libraries in some areas does not meet the relevant national standards such as "Architecture Construction Standards" and "Archival Architectural Design Codes". The existing archives are old and have increased warehouses and warehouses. The security problems such as the lack of concentration in the district, no special storage, and incomplete functional housing; the detailed management of the archive warehouse is not enough, and the "two-person storage system" is not in place; some local area network systems are not physically isolated from other systems, involving confidentiality and non-involvement The classified data has not been managed separately; the security management system of archives in individual areas has not been adjusted in time according to the actual situation. Regarding the problems found in the inspection, the Municipal Archives Bureau has made on-site feedback to the national archives of each region and requested timely rectification. The Municipal Archives Bureau will carry out the rectifications in a timely manner and “look back”.

Wang Haijuan, deputy director of the Municipal Party Committee Office, director of the Municipal Archives Bureau, and director of the Municipal Archives, participated in the security inspections of some archives. During the inspection, she emphasized that archives security is the “lifeline” of archives work and the bottom line of archives work. The archives must firmly establish the "safety first" idea and attach great importance to archives safety work. It is necessary to establish a normalization mechanism for archive safety work. Adhere to the "safety first, prevention first" requirement, earnestly assume the responsibility of archives security, make security work throughout the archives' various jobs and positions, establish and improve the normalization mechanism, and earnestly grasp the archives security work. It is necessary to perfect the rules and regulations of archives safety management and implement them vigorously. All localities should further improve the current archives safety regulations and systems to form a complete archives safety management system, so that there are rules to follow. At the same time, according to the changes of national, provincial and municipal archives safety management requirements, and in accordance with the actual situation of the library, timely revision and adjustment of various rules and regulations, strict safety management procedures, and effectively implement the system requirements in the actual work of archives safety management. It is necessary to strengthen the governance of archives safety risks and enhance the ability to deal with archives safety risks. All localities should strengthen the management of archives security risks, especially the prevention and management of security risks in key areas and important links such as archives, archives entity management, information management, archive confidentiality and utilization management to ensure the safety of archives. It is necessary to establish prevention and emergency response mechanisms for natural disasters such as floods, typhoons, landslides, and other emergencies in accordance with relevant national, provincial, and municipal requirements, and to improve the ability to respond to archives security risks.
