This compilation selected a total of 139 laws, regulations, standards, and policy documents related to archives information construction issued by the state, Zhejiang Province, and Ningbo City, which were edited and completed by the personnel of the Ningbo Archives Bureau for six months. The technical specification of the electronic file data and information exchange interface of the Internet, V1.0 (Trial), and the "Administrative Measures for the Handover and Reception of Electronic Files in Ningbo" are operational policy documents.
